The lower level welcomes you with a cozy bedroom featuring a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a TV and an adjacent kitchenette with a fridge and washing machine. A refreshing bathroom with a shower completes this level, while an additional bed is available upon request for an extra guest.

On the ground floor, a fully equipped open kitchen awaits culinary enthusiasts, complemented by a large dining table for 8 people. Unwind in the spacious living room with a sitting area graced by a fireplace or step through the balcony doors onto the covered veranda boasting a dining table for 6, perfect for absorbing the breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, the district of Posidonia & the Finikas gulf while enjoying your dinner or a drink. The Villa is constructed following the highest technical specifications and the Cycladic architecture with minimalism.

You can come to Stelios – Korina Villa by bus, taxi or a private transfer from the port (Ermoupoli) or the Airport of Syros. Its distance is 13km (22 minutes) from the port of Syros and 12km (20 minutes) from the airport.

To conveniently explore the island, we advise that you rent a vehicle (car, scooter, etc.).

 Verified We stayed as a family of 6 including a toddler and two grandparents during August.The house has a lovely view from the balcony. It is a very well equipped kitchen and nice and modern throughout. We enjoyed our time. Two things to be aware of. For us the downstairs area was not as nice as upstairs - it smelled like cleaning supplies so we avoided that bedroom. Also the drive up the the house is quite difficult if you have a small rental car - we almost couldn’t get it up. You either need a stronger car or a brave driver.

 Verified We had an amazing time at Stelios Karina Villa. The view was stunning with a magical sunset on the Cyclades. The house was very well equipped, the pool was great with the kids and it was super quiet. It is at a short drive distance (10 to 15 min) to great beaches and excellent (and cheap) restaurants. Andreas, who take care of the organization of the house, was very responsive to all our questions. We were getting a response withing few minutes. In addition, we had the pleasure to meet the owner, Γιωργος, of the house that was visiting from Athens. We had a clear demonstration of Greek hospitality!  Verified We loved our stay; everything was perfect, from the peaceful location with a beautiful view, to the house which had everything we needed in home comforts. It was particularly well stocked with kitchen essentials which we appreciated. The swimming pool was chorine-free which we also loved. It's only a short walk down to the local bar, which has lovely home-cooked food. The house is so close to the beaches as well as a fantastic bakery that we found which serves the best chocolates and pastries! The owner also brought us fresh pastries for breakfast on our last day which was so kind and generous. We loved this place and plan to return. Syros is a gem! Thank you George and Andreas.

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι με τις παροχές, την θέα και την ηρεμία στο σημείο που βρίσκεται. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι ιδιαίτερα φιλόξενοι και είναι πολύ σημαντικό για να νιώθεις άνετα σε έναν χώρο. Τα τρία επίπεδα της κατοικίας προσφέρουν ιδιωτικότητα και ηρεμία όταν την χρειάζεσαι. Posidonia is definitely the best area in Syros, with its beautiful scenery. The villa is spacious and luxurious, making me feel right at home. I loved how close it was to Posidonia, Agathopes, Ampela, and Komito beaches, all just a short drive away. These beaches with pristine sands and crystalline waters had everything I needed from taverns, cafes, and beach bars to water sports activities. The villa itself is a spacious and luxurious accommodation and went beyond my expectations. I loved lounging by the poolside and the rocking chair in the sitting area gazing at the view. Every moment spent at the villa felt indulgent and unforgettable. Overall, I had a fantastic time at Stelios Korina Villa and would definitely come back again. George, the host, was amazing and helpful. It was a perfect getaway with everything I could ask for. Without a doubt, I would eagerly choose to stay here again on my next visit to Syros.
